01. HOW LONG DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?​

I typically take one client at a time because I want to give my full undivided attention to each client. Timelines vary depending on the project and needs of the client, but most website designs take about 4-8 weeks from start to finish. I'll provide a timeline at the beginning of the project so you always know what to expect. 

02. WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU DESIGN ON?​

I design primarily on WIX because it's user-friendly, customizable and perfect for salons, spa, and other beauty businesses. You will be able to update your site easily after launch - no coding required. 

03. WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY SITE AFTER IT'S DONE?

Absolutely! I'll provide a walk-through after you site is complete so you feel confident making updates. You'll have full access and ownership moving forward. 

04. WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE READY BEFORE WE START?

Before we begin, I'll send a prep checklist. Typically, you'll need:

  • Your brand photos (or stock images)

  • Website (or we can collaborate on that)

  • A clear idea of your services and ideal client

  • A clear idea of your intention of your website (i.e. will you be blogging? YouTube?)

  • Pinterest or other inspiration for me

05. CAN YOU HELP WITH COPYWRITING?

​I like to stick with what I know best and that is design! Writing is not my forte, if I am being honest. However, I do light copy editing to help your message come across clearly. 

06. WHAT IF I JUST NEED A FEW UPDATES TO MY CURRENT OR NEW SITE?

I offer updates and ongoing support for past clients or monthly requests thats a la carte. Whether it's adding content, service updates, new staff profiles - I've got you covered!

07. DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes! I believe investing in your business should feel manageable. Most projects can be split into payments or pay-in-full. The first installment is due at booking to reserve your spot. 

08. DO YOU PROVIDE THE DISCLAIMER, PRIVACY POLICY, OR TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WEBSITES?

I don't include legal documents like disclaimers, privacy policies, or terms and conditions in my website packages. These require guidance from a licensed attorney to make sure they are tailored to your business. That said, I am more than happy to point you toward trusted resources to help you!
