Before I started designing, I've spent most of my career in the beauty and wellness industry.
I know first-hand what it feels like to be spinning your wheels and wearing all of the hats.
As a General Manager at a high-end salon that generates $500k+ a year, I was constantly balancing schedules, sales goals, and making sure every guest had an experience worth coming back for.
At the luxury spa, I saw how much pressure it was to create a polished first impression before a client walked through the door.
And as a Salon Coordinator at an organic salon, I helped create packages, memberships, and email campaigns - and quickly realized that the behind-the-scenes systems are what keep a business running smoothly.

I realized that so many beauty businesses are doing incredible work, but their online presence doesn’t always reflect the caliber of their craft.
